TRANSPLEX 2003 was Florida's first "Transportation Planning Exchange". The conference was held September 24-26, 2003, in Orlando Florida. Over 250 participants met to share ideas, best practices and the latest developments on key transportation planning issues and activities.

By all accounts, the conference was a huge success. The theme, "Partnerships: Making the Link", was embraced as the foundation for future conferences and other events. This post-conference TRANSPLEX Web site is being used to share the conference experience and materials with those who did attend and those who were unable to do so.
